New sales directors support the company's growth in geohazard mitigation

As sales director, central region, Buck Hodgkinson oversees all components of the sales lifecycle and processes, including new market and vertical development and revenue generation throughout the central region. He has also spearheaded GSI's efforts to employ new service lines, develop regional growth strategies, and enhance sales efficiencies. Buck comes to GSI as a retired Colonel and Special Operations Pilot with more than 24 years of experience with the U.S. Airforce, where he led diverse teams in the execution of sensitive Special Operations, Crisis Response, Strategic Planning and Unconventional Warfare. An exceptional team builder with unique strategic vision, he brings extensive leadership experience and a reputation for achieving results and enhancing efficiencies. Buck's vast accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration, a Master of National Security Strategy, and a Master of Military Arts and Science. He is also a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and a licensed Airline Transportation Pilot.
As the sales director for national accounts, Finn Mwape oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, driving revenue growth targets through strategic account planning, negotiations, and strong customer relationship building across various industries. A professional civil engineer and business strategist, Mwape brings over 24 years of experience that blends technical expertise with business acumen to foster growth and enhance organizational performance. In his previous roles, he has leveraged his diverse expertise to create innovative strategies that have achieved successful outcomes. Originally from Zambia, Mwape's academic and professional journey spans multiple continents. His extensive project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry highlights the development of risk mitigation solutions for both new and existing infrastructure. He holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering with a minor in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from California State University Sacramento.
As sales director, eastern region, Dustin Griesing leads all aspects of the sales lifecycle - from identifying new markets and verticals to driving revenue growth across the eastern region. He has also plays a key role in launching new service lines, shaping regional growth strategies, and streamlining sales operations. A licensed Professional Engineer, Griesing brings 17 years of experience in the construction industry working for general contractors, specialty contractors and suppliers while also service as an elected official in his hometown. His experience in both public and private sectors gives him a unique perspective on infrastructure development, project delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. Dustin brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project, with a strong focus on relationships, efficiency, long-term value, and community impact.
