ALPS | O’Shares Exchange-Traded Funds to Transfer Listing to NYSE Arca

SS&C ALPS Advisors announced today plans to transfer the listing of the ALPS | O’Shares U.S. Small-Cap Quality Dividend ETF (Ticker: OUSM), ALPS | O’Shares U.S. Quality Dividend ETF (Ticker: OUSA), ALPS | O’Shares Global Internet Giants ETF (Ticker: OGIG) and ALPS | O’Shares International Developed Quality Dividend ETF (Ticker: OEFA) from the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. to the NYSE Arca, Inc. (“NYSE Arca”).

SS&C ALPS Advisors anticipates that the ETFs will begin trading on the NYSE Arca under their current ticker symbols on or about December 30, 2025, although this date is subject to change.

No shareholder action is required as a result of this change.
