McLane Company Expands Community Impact Through 2025 Charitable Initiatives

Annual events and the launch of McLane’s inaugural Month of Giving generate widespread support for local and national organizations

McLane Company, Inc., one of the nation’s largest distributors and a trusted partner to leading retail and restaurant brands, today announced its 2025 charitable giving highlights. Throughout the year, McLane teammates, supplier partners and customers joined together to support nonprofit organizations across the country, raising more than $1 million for organizations such as Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Folds of Honor North Texas and North Texas Food Bank.

“Service has always been at the core of who we are as a company,” said Tony Frankenberger, chief executive officer at McLane. “The generosity of our teammates and partners continues to make an extraordinary difference. Their passion for giving back embodies McLane’s culture and strengthens the communities we serve.”

In April, McLane’s Retail team hosted the annual McLane Retail Charity Golf Classic in San Antonio, Texas. Thanks to strong participation from teammates and supplier partners, the event raised more than $830,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, continuing a decades-long tradition of supporting medical facilities that provide life-changing care for children and families.

McLane carried that momentum into September with the McLane Restaurant Charity Golf Classic in Trophy Club, Texas, benefiting Folds of Honor North Texas and the North Texas Food Bank. Earlier in the year, McLane’s Restaurant team celebrated the milestone of surpassing $1 million donated to Folds of Honor North Texas, which supports educational scholarships for families of fallen or disabled service members.

This November, McLane launched its inaugural Month of Giving. Distribution centers across the country united to support local nonprofits focusing on McLane’s key areas of giving: child health and welfare, veterans, education, food waste reduction, food security and disaster relief.

Supported organizations included United Way chapters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Salvation Army, local children’s hospitals, food banks, domestic violence shelters, school education foundations and many other groups serving vulnerable and underserved communities.

Across all events, volunteer activities and direct contributions, McLane teammates demonstrated a remarkable dedication to service in 2025. Their efforts reflect a company-wide commitment that has generated more than $100 million in charitable support over the years, including financial contributions, fundraising events and volunteer hours.
