With over 20 years of leadership experience in the home security industry, including key roles at Brinks Home Security and ADT, Serie brings deep expertise in scaling sales teams and developing world-class professionals.
During his tenure in the security sector, Jonah built and led high-performance sales organizations, combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach to mentorship, team development, and customer engagement.
