Jackson Mueller Joins FS Vector as Principal on Government Relations Team

With its newest strategic hire, FS Vector expands its blockchain, digital asset and AI policy advocacy bench

FS Vector ("FSV"), a leading strategic fintech consulting firm, is announcing the addition of Jackson Mueller as Principal on the Government Relations and Public Policy team.

In his role, Mueller will help FSV’s clients to develop and refine strategies around public sector engagement. As an expert in public policy discussions around the regulation of blockchain and crypto regulation, the addition of Mueller ensures FSV’s clients have at their disposal an experienced public policy professional with expertise in the field and strong ties to the Executive Branch and Capitol Hill.

“As the administration sharpens its focus on emerging technologies, Jackson’s experience will be an invaluable asset to the FS Vector team and our clients,” said John Beccia, CEO of FSV. “We look forward to adding him to our established team of leaders engaging with policymakers to drive innovation forward effectively and responsibly.”

Mueller brings more than 15 years of experience navigating the intersection of business, finance and technology to FSV. Most recently, he served as Policy Director at The Digital Chamber, a leading blockchain trade association. Prior to this, Mueller held a variety of roles at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), including Associate Director, DTCC Digital Assets and Director of Policy & Government Relations. At the DTCC, Mueller spearheaded ‘Blockchain and Bourbon’ sessions in Washington, D.C. to bring together DTCC Digital Asset (formerly known as Securrency) leadership and congressional staff to discuss the evolution of capital markets. He was a member of the Global Markets Advisory Committee and regularly liaised with regulatory bodies on the challenges and opportunities for distributed ledger technology in global capital markets.

“Policy as the bridge between innovation and societal good has never been more critical than it is today,” Mueller said. “Emerging technologies are advancing at a rapid pace, and our regulatory frameworks must adapt to protect the interests of the broader public. The FS Vector team is engaging in incredibly meaningful work to help clients bring responsible and cutting-edge financial services products to market.”
