Hotwire Global Strengthens AI Lab Leadership, Promotes Anol Bhattacharya to EVP, Innovation and Technology

Global Commitment and Investment to Build Best-in-Class AI Tools and Consultancy for Effective Marketing and Comms Programs

Hotwire Global, the communications and marketing consultancy including Hotwire and ROI∙DNA, today announced the promotion of Anol Bhattacharya to Executive Vice President, Innovation and Technology and lead of its AI Lab to drive continued product innovation and momentum.

Launched in March 2025, the AI Lab has rapidly advanced Hotwire’s AI capabilities, expanding its team, client base, and product portfolio. Core offerings include Hotwire Spark, an AI-native GEO search intelligence platform, and Hotwire Ignite, an agentic AI account research intelligence tool. Now, the AI Lab is adding a new tool, Hotwire Radiate, which is already being utilized by key clients to optimize content such as press releases for generative engine optimization (GEO). This tool reworks existing content into the most digestible format for AI answer engines, providing updated copy and page edits to speed up surfacing preferred messaging in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and more. Combined, current and future tools from the AI Lab help brands uncover insights, optimize targeting, and deliver more intelligent, scalable communications and marketing strategies for today’s increasingly AI-driven world.

As EVP, Innovation and Technology, Anol will lead Hotwire Global’s innovation strategy, with a focus on developing and commercializing next-generation AI solutions for marketing and communications. Along with integrating emerging technologies into client campaigns, Anol will also continue to serve as a strategic advisor to clients and teams across Hotwire and ROI·DNA. A recognized voice in the industry, Bhattacharya recently presented alongside Pure Storage at the B2B Marketing Leaders Forum in Sydney to share how Hotwire Global had been able to increase Pure Storage’s visibility for key queries like “enterprise flash storage” to the top two results on both Gemini and Copilot through use of Hotwire Spark and implementation of its insights across content, organic, and paid search strategies.

Anol will partner closely with Matt Oakley, SVP, AI and Analytics, to drive forward new go-to-market strategies to enable client service teams to integrate AI tools into campaign planning and execution. With the AI Lab now having dedicated team members across the US and APAC, and key support in EMEA, Hotwire Global will continue to invest in new hires and technologies to ensure continued product development, client enablement, and training.

With Anol moving into a new global role across Hotwire Global, Anil Khaira has been promoted to AVP at ROI·DNA to oversee teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, India, and Australia, reporting into Surj Gish, Managing Director at ROI·DNA. This follows the announcement in early June that ROI·DNA was expanding its global presence across EMEA and APAC by integrating existing marketing services teams at Hotwire into ROI·DNA.

The announcement follows a series of strategic milestones for Hotwire and ROI·DNA, including new partnerships with brands like Red Hat, Equinix, and SAP Concur. The company’s AI report series with the House of Beautiful Business and its presence at global forums like the World Economic Forum and PRovoke further reinforce Hotwire’s position as a leader at the intersection of AI, communications, and marketing.
